ProLeveling LLC ("ProLeveling", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your data.

By using the ProLeveling application ("Service"), you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account and use the Service, we collect:

• Football profile data: Playing position, dominant foot, current club, height, weight, years playing
• Self-evaluation data: Attribute ratings (technical, tactical, physical, mental scores), answers to evaluation questionnaires
• Profile photo: If you choose to upload an avatar

2.2 Data Generated Through Use

As you use the Service, we collect:

• Training data: Session completions, training logs, progress check-ins
• Plan data: Your 6-week training plan, phase progression, session history
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the app, click patterns
• Performance data: OVR score history, attribute evolution over time

2.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Log data: Access times, pages viewed, error logs
• Authentication data: Login method (email/password or Google OAuth), session tokens

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Create and display your personalized profile, training plan, and progress dashboard
• Generate AI content: Power the self-evaluation engine and training plan generator using Anthropic's AI technology. Your data is used as input to generate personalized recommendations
• Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns and aggregated data to enhance features and user experience
• Communicate with you: Send account verification emails, plan updates, weekly progress summaries, and product announcements
• Ensure security: Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse
• Comply with law: Fulfill legal obligations where required

3.1 AI Processing

Your football profile data, self-evaluation responses, and training history are processed by our AI systems (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate training plans and evaluations. This processing is core to the Service. The outputs generated by this process are the property of ProLeveling LLC as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with the following categories of parties:

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

• Active accounts: Data is retained indefinitely while your account exists
• Deleted accounts: We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes
• Anonymized/aggregated data: May be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes

6. Children's Privacy

ProLeveling is available to users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service with parental awareness and consent. Parents may contact us to request access to or deletion of their minor child's data.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encrypted data storage via Supabase
• Row-level security policies restricting data access
• Access controls limiting who within ProLeveling can access user data

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing, such as marketing communications
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Note that exercising some rights (such as deletion) may affect your ability to use the Service.

ProLeveling uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and enable core functionality. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party behavioral tracking.

If we add analytics or non-essential tracking in the future, we will update this Policy and request appropriate consent.

10. International Data Transfers

ProLeveling operates globally and your data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We ensure that any international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in line with our service provider agreements.
